Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District (GCISD) is a public school district headquartered in Grapevine, Texas, serving the cities of Grapevine and Colleyville, as well as portions of Euless, Hurst, and Southlake. The district operates two traditional high schools: Grapevine High School and Colleyville Heritage High School, along with four middle schools and eleven elementary schools. GCISD also maintains alternative education programs through Collegiate Academy and iUniversity Prep, a state-accredited virtual academy. Established in 1961 through the consolidation of the Grapevine and Colleyville school systems, GCISD has grown to serve approximately 14,000 students.
