The Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) is a nonprofit organization based in Florida, United States. Founded in 1965, the organization provides early childhood education and care, as well as social services assistance, to the children of migrant farmworkers and low-income rural families. RCMA operates a network of more than 70 child development centers throughout Florida, serving over 6,400 children from infants to five year olds. The centers aim to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children, along with education and health services. The organization also runs two charter schools, which serve over 1,000 students in pre-K through 12th grade. Besides child care and education services, RCMA provides support to migrant farmworkers and their families, including housing assistance, help with healthcare needs, and emergency assistance in times of crisis. RCMA also advocates for social and economic justice for farmworkers and rural communities, and provides leadership training to farmworker families. RCMA operates with a strong community involvement and support, through partnerships with local businesses, civic groups, faith-based organizations, and volunteers. The organization is funded by a combination of government grants, private donations, and fundraising efforts.
