In addition to medical care, the organization offers a variety of wellness programs, including diabetes education, tobacco cessation, and healthy eating and exercise classes. SEARHC is governed by a Board of Directors, which includes representatives from each of the 18 communities it serves. The organization is partially funded by the Indian Health Service, as well as through private donations and grants.
