The State College Area School District (SCASD) is a public school district located in State College, Pennsylvania. Established in 1965, the district serves students in State College borough, College Township, Ferguson Township, Halfmoon Township, Harris Township, and Patton Township. With a total enrollment of approximately 7,500 students across 17 schools, SCASD is the largest school district in Centre County.
