United Tribes Technical College (UTTC) is a tribal land-grant community college located in Bismarck, North Dakota. Founded in 1969, the institution was established by an intertribal organization representing North Dakota tribes to provide higher education opportunities for Native American students. The college operates on a 132-acre campus that was formerly the Fort Lincoln Military Post. UTTC offers associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees, certificates, and workforce training programs across various fields including business, criminal justice, environmental science, nursing, and Native American studies. The college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and maintains specific program accreditations in relevant fields. The institution serves primarily Native American students from more than 75 tribal nations across the United States, while also welcoming non-Native students.
