Valley Mountain Regional Center (VMRC) is a nonprofit organization that serves individuals with developmental disabilities in California’s San Joaquin Valley and foothills region. Established under the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act, VMRC operates as one of 21 regional centers contracted by the California Department of Developmental Services. The organization serves five counties: San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Amador, Calaveras, and Tuolumne.
