The company operated through three business segments: Intimate Apparel, Sportswear, and Swimwear. Warnaco’s products were distributed through various channels, including department stores, specialty retailers, and company-operated retail stores. At its peak, the company employed over 7,700 people worldwide and maintained operations in more than 40 countries. Following the PVH acquisition, Warnaco’s brands were integrated into PVH’s portfolio, effectively ending its independent operations.
