The Webster Central School District (WCSD) is a public school district located in Webster, New York, USA serving approximately 9,000 students in the town of Webster and surrounding areas. The district consists of nine schools: one high school, two middle schools, and six elementary schools. The district has a rich tradition of high academic achievement, winning numerous state and national awards, and offering a wide range of extracurricular activities for students such as athletics, music, and clubs. WCSD’s mission is to inspire and support all learners to achieve their full potential through educational excellence. The district’s vision is to foster a community of learners who are creative, critical thinkers, and problem solvers capable of becoming productive, responsible citizens. The district is governed by a seven-member Board of Education, elected by the residents of the district. The superintendent is the district’s chief executive responsible for the day-to-day operations of the district. WCSD has a strong commitment to technology integration and currently employs a 1:1 device program in grades 3-12.
