West Islip Unified School District is a public school district serving the community of West Islip, New York, located on the south shore of Long Island in Suffolk County. The district operates six schools: four elementary schools (Bayview, Manetuck, Oquenock, and Paul J. Bellew), Beach Street Middle School, and West Islip High School. The district provides education to approximately 4,300 students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Established in the early 20th century, the district has grown alongside the West Islip community.
