After its dissolution, the CRA/LA’s obligations and assets were transferred to a Designated Local Authority (DLA) supervised by an oversight board. The successor agency continues to manage existing obligations and wind down the former redevelopment agency’s operations while the City of Los Angeles has assumed certain housing and development functions previously handled by CRA/LA.
